Hub Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hub Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our hub.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily hub operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
  • Maintain high productivity levels and ensure efficient achievement of hub Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and review hub reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.
  • Handle payment transactions and associated processes.
  • Collaborate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Experience in payments processing or similar functions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work shifts depending on team schedules.
  • A continuous learning mindset with ability to perform administrative and other tasks.
