Overview

Hub Lead - Operations, SPX Express (Talisay, Batangas)

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub.
  • Ensure procedures and regulations are being followed through.
  • Lead team briefing, weekly meetings with staff, regular meetings on team performance.
  • Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the hub.
  • Improve internal processes between the hub and the rest of the Operations team to improve SLA.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
  • Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a logistics or hub environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
  • Experienced In E-commerce Fulfillment.
