Job Overview:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in merchant support, customer support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, or business intelligence platforms a plus.
