We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our global customer support team.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide timely and critical support to customers worldwide via multiple channels including chat, email, and phone
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets from initiation to resolution
- Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts as needed
- Update and maintain support content (FAQs, user guides) based on recurring issues and product updates
Key Requirements:
- Recent graduate or 2+ years of experience in customer solutions, preferably in tech or healthcare
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms
- Self-motivated with strong organisational abilities
