Sr. Retention and Direct Response Manager

Job Description: As a senior retention and direct response manager, you will drive online lead generation through various marketing channels. This hands-on role involves identifying, testing, and optimizing new campaigns to expand our reach into untapped markets.

We seek someone who thrives in building and experimenting with marketing strategies beyond the usual playbook. If you enjoy testing new channels, analyzing results, and scaling high-performing campaigns, this role is for you.

  • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels, analyze data to refine strategies
  • Develop and execute innovative growth-focused marketing plans
  • Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion
  • Manage budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign success
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using traditional and non-traditional channels.
    • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
    • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
    • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
