Job Overview

The Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving automated marketing campaigns, managing lead-nurturing workflows, and creating seamless integrations between marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize automated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize conversion rates
  • Manage lead-nurturing workflows and customer journey optimization to boost campaign performance
  • Establish seamless integrations between marketing channels to support multi-touch attribution and campaign scaling
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute high-return-on-investment automation strategies that accelerate growth
Campaign Analytics & Optimization:
  • Implement tracking systems to provide visibility into campaign performance and return on investment
  • Mastery of campaign attribution to understand which channels drive high-value customers
  • Utilize data enrichment tools to enhance lead scoring and improve targeting effectiveness
  • Identify and resolve tracking issues to ensure accurate performance measurement
Performance Reporting & Insights:
  • Create dashboards showcasing campaign return on investment, lead quality, and conversion metrics
  • Provide reliable data to marketing specialists and managers to optimize performance
  • Ensure data flows seamlessly so the team can make swift decisions to scale winning campaigns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Data Science, or related fields
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and/or web analytics
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
