Marketing Specialist Position

This is a remote marketing position with a flexible schedule, offering the opportunity to design original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. They should be able to translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will also have strong knowledge of social media content requirements and optimization techniques, as well as advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Responsibilities:

  1. Design visually compelling, brand-aligned content for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  2. Grow and engage social media channels organically by producing high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
  3. Develop and present weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  4. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  5. Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry (preferred).
  2. 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
  3. Proven experience designing fashion-focused assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  4. Strong knowledge of social media content requirements and optimization techniques.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  6. Basic video editing skills.
  7. Familiarity with preparing print-ready files and working with print production standards.
  8. Strong typographic skills.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Solid portfolio demonstrating innovative design work.
  11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  12. Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics, email marketing tools, and fashion-related technologies.
