Senior Marketing Designer Role

We're seeking an accomplished marketing professional to spearhead the development of creative marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.

This is a hands-on role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging creativity and technical expertise to drive engagement and conversion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-performing visual assets for Meta ad campaigns and email marketing initiatives, as well as designing engaging PowerPoint decks for brand presentations and marketing strategy meetings.

About the Role

This Senior-Level position is focused on delivering exceptional results-driven designs that meet or exceed marketing objectives.

  • Design compelling marketing materials for various platforms (ads, social media content, posters, banners, etc.)
  • Translate marketing goals into innovative creative solutions
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency in all visuals
  • Collaborate with project managers and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals and deadlines
  • Support ongoing advertising efforts with fresh ideas and creative updates
  • Develop static and animated creative for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including A/B variant testing assets
  • Create visually appealing email headers, modules, and full campaign templates optimized for multiple devices and platforms
  • Design professional PowerPoint decks for brand presentations, marketing initiatives, line planning, and investor pitches

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3–5 years of design experience within a creative agency or advertising firm
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign a plus)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
  • Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
  • Experience creating ad creatives tailored for Meta platforms and email marketing channels
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint (or Google Slides/Keynote), including slide layout, formatting, and visual storytelling for presentations

Bonus Points

While not required, having experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), background in sports, athletics, or apparel branding, familiarity with Meta, Google, and display ad formats and requirements, basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design, knowledge of email design best practices, and experience designing decks used in investor presentations or product line reviews would be highly valued.

Working Schedule

Full-time position available Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexible work arrangements. We are committed to providing a productive and comfortable working environment.
