Job Overview
  • We are seeking a skilled marketing specialist to manage and execute all marketing efforts for our program, focusing on bringing in new students via email campaigns.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various platforms.
  • Create high-quality marketing content for emails, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update pipelines of prospective participants and clients using Google Spreadsheets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to scholarship requests and guiding applicants through the decision-making process.
  • Take ownership of outreach efforts, including follow-ups and phone calls, to convert leads into program participants or corporate clients.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Mailchimp, Squarespace, Canva, Thinkific, AirTable, and Google Docs.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with tweaking websites and creating promotional materials.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in communications and spreadsheets.
  • Confidence in managing and updating pipelines.
