We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Transpac Cargo Logistics Inc (TCL).

Salary & BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 based on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across our regional markets. This involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and developing effective strategies to meet their demands.
- Determine customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute region-specific sales plans to achieve targeted revenue goals.
In order to succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a logistics or transportation-related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
