Megaion Corporation is a leading healthcare company seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to spearhead our sales team. Job Responsibilities- Establish business growth by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining client relationships.
- Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects' positions in the industry, researching sales options, and recommending solutions.
- Sell products by developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions, and providing support.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing information, guidance, and research on new opportunities and profit improvements.
- Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintain quality service by establishing organization standards and ensuring compliance.
- Enhance professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
This role offers attractive benefits, including meal and travel allowances, salary commissions, bonuses, and health insurance (HMO) upon regularization. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in medical equipment sales and expand your professional network.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, business administration, or a medical-related field (preferred but not required).
- No prior industry sales experience is necessary, but 2 years of experience is preferred.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $50,000 - $70,000, based on industry standards and location. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications and performance. We believe that this package reflects the value we place on our employees and their contributions to our success.
