This position plays a pivotal role in driving loan volume growth while ensuring profitability, maintaining sound credit quality, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify microfinance loan opportunities to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze loan applicant qualifications to assess the feasibility of granting loans.
  • Leverage credit and collection strategies to uphold credit quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline loan processing and servicing.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Pursue sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
  • Provide timely support to clients and address their inquiries efficiently.
  • Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc., to guarantee adequate credit processing and loan booking.
  • Execute other tasks assigned by management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree from a reputable 4-year program.
  • Demonstrate strong selling, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Possess basic mathematical knowledge.
  • Maintain high integrity.
  • Familiarity with computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets, is beneficial.
  • Experience in fieldwork and sales within Microfinance is an asset.
  • Able to operate a motorcycle is preferred.
