As a Loan Processing Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the entire loan processing lifecycle-from application submission to final approval.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing CRM software and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records
  • Reviewing, verifying, and processing loan application documents submitted through digital channels
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data
  • Conducting audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Generating and sending digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation
  • Extracting and interpreting data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use
  • Maintaining secure records of client interactions and processed transactions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (desired)
  • At least 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
