Job Overview

The role of a Loan Processing Specialist is pivotal in the mortgage industry, playing a critical part in helping brokers meet their settlement targets. This position involves managing data entry into various software systems and preparing compliance documentation for proposed loans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lodge new applications with lenders, ensuring timely approvals and settlements are achieved.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, keeping them updated on progress through regular updates.
  • Coordinate valuations with lenders and organize settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders.
  • Ensure all settled files comply with relevant regulations.
  • Update application trackers within the CRM and keep track of commission payments.
  • Manage diaries and emails, providing efficient communication channels.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50MBPS or higher is required.
  • An own computer for effective work execution is necessary.
Essential Skills and Experience

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing is essential.
  • Familiarity with Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms is vital.
