Loan Portfolio Specialist Role

This position is for a Loan Portfolio Specialist who will provide critical support to the team in overseeing and managing resolved loans.

  • Support the loan management process to ensure all relevant procedures are followed.
  • Track loan repayments and collaborate with law firms and clients to resolve matters.
  • Analyze legal documents to determine repayment obligations and financial implications.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to monitor loan resolution progress.
  • Prepare and distribute final statements to borrowers and relevant parties.
  • Assist in the registration and removal of mortgages and caveats.

In this role, you will work closely with the team to achieve successful loan resolutions.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in loan administration, finance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of financial documents and loan agreements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and follow up with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
