The Procurement Specialist plays a vital role in our cloud contact center software operations. This full-time position requires an analytical individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills to work directly with global suppliers and employees at all levels.
This is an opportunity for individuals who can manage the vendor contract review process, including initial request review, coordination with procurement teams, and redlining and coordination with business owners and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing and updating procurement leadership SharePoint Excel files, savings trackers, and various internal applications as needed.

- Facilitate the vendor contract execution process.
- Track and manage the lifecycle of procurement contracts.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in contract terms.
- BS degree in Business or Accounting-related field preferred.
- Procurement experience with focus on indirect spend in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint); experience with Coupa Procure to Pay system preferred.
- General understanding of terms and conditions for procurement contracts desired.
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procurement documents.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance and contract terms.
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in using procurement management software and systems to monitor contract statuses and updates.
