  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee contract preparation, review, and management to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Verify contract terms, scope, and inclusions/exclusions to guarantee alignment with project requirements.
  • Double-check material quantities and scope coverage against project specifications.
  • Utilize Bluebeam for reviewing drawings, markups, and performing takeoffs as necessary.
  • ID discrepancies or gaps in contractor submissions and suggest solutions.
  • Review and compare contractor quotes and scopes to ensure accurate evaluation.
  • Prioritize contractor selection based on price, scope, and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of contractor pricing and project-related documentation.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting to the Construction Manager on contract status and variations.
  • Support in preparing variations, progress claims, and compliance reports as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Required in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or project support within the construction industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam for drawing review, takeoffs, and documentation. ApprovalMax experience valued.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract terms, scopes, and construction documentation.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction management software.
  • Communication Skills: Organised, process-driven, and detail-oriented. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
