Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of E-Commerce Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently in a remote setting.

This position requires someone who can manage daily online store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, as well as familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations. They should also have excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Manage daily online store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

  • Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields.

  • Coordinate new product launches and ensure all relevant details are published accurately and on time.

  • Update content blocks and banners on Homepage, landing pages, and other areas as required.

  • Support the build and scheduling of email campaigns.

  • Work with Marketing teams and be aware of trading calendar plans and strategies.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics to inform decision making and improve KPIs.

  • Support the creation of digital marketing activities like meta audience creation and Google Ads setup.

  • Support the Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as required.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar roles.

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, including knowledge of Shopify apps and integrations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, Canva (or basic image editing tools), Klaviyo, and CMS platforms.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

  • Flexibility with working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours.
