We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
- Assist customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns.
- Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience.
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
- Minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed.
