RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Building relationships with customers to encourage repeat business while also promoting appropriate products.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • At least a high school or senior high school diploma
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute
  • Good computer navigation skills and comfortable with sales processes
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
