Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts receivable and payable by creating invoices, making bank deposits, producing checks, and preparing wire transfers.
  • Continuously monitor and track financial transactions, noting key details and integrating this information into the company's records daily.
  • Consolidate financial data to generate balance sheets, cash flow statements, profit and loss reports, and other summarizing documents.
  • Perform thorough bank reconciliations to ensure the company's financial records match the bank statement and promptly correct discrepancies.
