Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QuickBooks Certified Accountant and Trainer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing financial data using QuickBooks software, as well as training and supporting staff in achieving QuickBooks certifications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with QuickBooks in a professional setting and hold a valid QuickBooks certification.

Responsibilities
  • Provide training and support to staff members in achieving QuickBooks certifications
  • Develop training materials and resources to assist staff in mastering QuickBooks software
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Assist staff in preparing for and successfully completing QuickBooks certification exams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to financial data or software usage
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates in QuickBooks software and provide recommendations for implementation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with QuickBooks software in a professional setting
  • Valid QuickBooks certification
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience Training people on QuickBooks software and helping people to achieve certifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus
