Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into our system.
  • Payroll Processing: Handle payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Financial Reports: Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Experience in payroll management.
  • Knowledgeable in using QuickBooks.
  • Expert in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • High level of INTEGRITY.
  • Intelligent.
  • Flexible.
  • Fast learner.
  • Good work attitude.
  • Good organizational skills.
