Virtual Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Virtual Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who can work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and emails for executives or teams
  • Conduct research and perform data entry tasks
  • Assist with social media management (content creation, posting, scheduling)
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Provide customer support via email or chat
  • Perform other administrative, marketing, or operational tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Slack, etc.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CRM software, etc., is a plus
