About the role

Ubiquity is seeking an exceptional Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As an Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our clients. What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their queries and concerns
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities for client growth and expansion
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer engagement processes and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities
