Technical Service Associate Position

The Technical Service Associate role is a key position that involves providing technical support to customers. The individual in this role will be responsible for handling level 1 technical calls, assessing existing systems and user needs, improving client references by writing and maintaining documentation, maintaining a log, attending training workshops, and contributing to other projects as needed.

This position requires strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and a proactive approach to solving problems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any 4-year course, preferably with a background in customer support or help desk environment. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work individually or in a team environment.

As a Technical Service Associate, you will be part of a dynamic and customer-focused team that aims to provide exceptional service to customers. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your technical proficiency and skills while working on shifting operations which may include weekends with scheduled days off.
