Job Title: E-Learning Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned E-Learning Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality training solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal and client-specific projects to ensure alignment with business goals, timely execution, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate training strategies, headcounts, and key deliverables for newly launched accounts or business expansions.
  • Oversight of projects related to content development and facilitate the adoption of effective training methods tailored for the BPO setting.
  • Lead the deployment of Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning tools, and other projects related to automation or enhancement of the overall training experience.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the success of training implementations and analyze data for continuous improvement.
  • Support business transformation by implementing learning strategies that ensure a smooth transition for employees adapting to new processes, tools, or client requirements.

Requirements:

  • PMP certification is required, but those undergoing certification can be accommodated.
  • CIPD certification will be a plus.
  • 3+ years of exposure in project management within a BPO.
  • Preferably with experience working on projects involving Training and/or Learning & Development.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles is an advantage.
