Job Summary

The Claims Record Unit Internet Research team is seeking a Fulfillment Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of police records orders from various customer platforms. This role involves researching accident and/or incident reports from law enforcement agencies' websites, performing data acquisition and validation following strict business rules, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compiling and reviewing records in a timely manner
  • Demonstrating attention to detail and urgency in obtaining records
  • Acquiring public records from one or more sources
  • Maintaining, updating, and terminating orders through Order Maintenance
  • Updating internal and client databases
  • Verifying order information using internet tools and maps
  • Performing outbound calls to update order status, data validation, and gathering


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder or at least 2 years of college education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and workflow management skills
  • Research background with high attention to detail
  • Experience in performing outbound calls with excellent probing techniques
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Proficient in keyboard and MS Tools
  • Ability to work on shifting schedules including weekends
