Job Description

The role of a Customer Service Representative involves providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage order fulfillment, including order management, invoicing, and logistics.
  • Support the service organization by coordinating with various teams.
  • Respond to customer/sales inquiries or concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Generate purchase orders for local supplies.
  • Update customers on the status of their orders and delivery dates.
  • Ensure timely reporting of orders, sales, and backlog performance.
  • Coordinate customs clearance and delivery of goods.
  • Check estimate computations of duties and taxes.
  • Coordinate with Finance to release credit blocks.
  • Manage order fulfillment and timely shipment delivery.
  • Facilitate Returned Material Authorization (RMA) as necessary.
