Customer Experience Manager with Home Services Expertise

We are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist with ServiceTitan Expertise to manage and optimize CRM processes for our clients in the home services industry.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceTitan and be adept at using CRM systems to enhance customer engagement, track performance, and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and manage ServiceTitan CRM to meet client-specific needs.
  • Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights to improve operations and performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and team members on ServiceTitan usage.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy within the CRM.
  • Create and maintain reports to track key metrics, trends, and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceTitan with other systems.

In this remote position, you'll work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, as an independent contractor. You'll enjoy a competitive estimated salary of $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on your experience.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM management or a related role is required. You should have a strong understanding of CRM systems and their role in customer engagement and business operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience integrating ServiceTitan with other software platforms.
  • Familiarity with the home services or field service industry workflows and processes.
