Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and performing various other tasks as needed.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
    • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and sending follow-up communications.
  • Communication:
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, management, and clients through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Time Management:
    • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
    • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Perform other duties as assigned by senior staff members or management.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
