MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide office administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate Communication and Marketing Unit.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Perform administrative and secretarial tasks
- Perform diary management duties
- Attend to telephonic calls, direct calls, and record messages
- Administer procurement and payment processes
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric (NQF Level 4) and Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 2 - 3 years' work experience in Office Administration
- Knowledge and experience of standard office administrative practices and procedures
