  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive recruitment efforts.
