Job Overview

This role is centered around delivering exceptional client services through Cushman & Wakefield's Remote Site Management service offering.

The Remote Site Management service provides expert virtual and remote operational support, as well as facilities coordination services, for clients' sites across the APAC Region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vendor arrangements for clients, third parties, and internal services.
  • Build strong relationships with client teams and site stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of assigned site characteristics, recording this information in site records management systems.
  • Respond promptly to client requests for service and assistance related to assigned sites.
  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) between clients and RSM requirements.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in facility management and remote site operations.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Proficiency in internet-based communications and IT skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
