Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Architect to supervise construction projects and ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit sites for inspections, preconstruction walks, progress checks, and project closeouts
  • Conduct quality assurance and safety inspections
  • Manage construction activities, coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Identify and resolve construction issues efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect is a plus
  • At least 2 years of site experience managing mid- to high-end residential projects
  • Experience in construction project management
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and visit multiple sites as needed
  • Must have a valid driver's license and private transportation
  • Willing to work in our office in Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
