Senior Operations Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall success of the Alabang site, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Goal Achievement: Drive measurable goals to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and a purpose-driven work culture.
  • Leadership Development: Coach and mentor leaders to meet or exceed these goals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement workflow improvements and process optimizations to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor daily production metrics and address operational challenges to maintain consistent performance and client experiences.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Manager Oversight: Directly manage and develop managers within your site to ensure effective oversight of their teams.
  • Operations Staff Development: Coach, mentor, and upskill operations staff, developing future leaders and fostering a high-performance culture.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Client Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point for client concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Collaborative Client Relationship: Collaborate with clients to discuss operational performance, areas for improvement, and process innovations.

Collaboration with Support Teams:

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Technology Support Group, IT, InfoSec, and Facilities to ensure employees have the tools and environment needed for optimal performance.
