We are seeking a talented and passionate Culinary Director to join our team and elevate the dining experience at our properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative menus, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and maintaining exceptional standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create seasonal menus showcasing local and international cuisine, incorporating fresh and sustainable ingredients.
  2. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
  3. Lead a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  4. Maintain quality control measures to ensure consistency, freshness, and flavor in every dish.
  5. Manage inventory levels, food costs, and wastage, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing expenses.
  6. Cultivate relationships with local suppliers, farmers, and artisans to source the freshest ingredients.
Requirements:
  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable establishment.
  • Proven track record of creating innovative menus and delivering high-quality culinary experiences.
