Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 6-week website rebuild project. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to execute ongoing marketing initiatives and make a significant impact.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Website Rebuild Project Coordination: Assist in the execution of a 6-week website rebuild project, ensuring timely delivery of materials and consistent messaging throughout.
  • Digital Content Creation: Draft and schedule LinkedIn content and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns to engage our audience and drive results.
  • Content Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Marketing Support: Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed throughout the contract duration, working closely with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, preferably supporting website-related projects or rebuilds.
  • Skills: Strong content coordination skills, hands-on experience in managing social media (especially LinkedIn) and EDMs, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Cultural Fit: Positive, proactive, and culturally aligned with high-performance teams, comfortable working as a contractor with the ability to start immediately.
