Proactive Marketing Specialist

We seek a skilled Proactive Marketing Specialist to develop and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies, leveraging email, social media, and direct outreach to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

About the Role
  • Research market trends and buying behaviour for assigned territories.
  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns across various channels.
  • Create compelling marketing content to engage target audiences.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, including multi-channel campaigns and workflow automation.
  • Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads and maintain prospect relationships.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in generating leads and doing outbound marketing for legaltech or SaaS industries.
  • Strong ability to liaise with high-ranking individuals in companies (CXOs).
  • Account-based marketing experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in using lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in using CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills required for B2B audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation essential.
  • Client-oriented mindset and consultative approach necessary for building productive relationships.
  • Strong business acumen required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluency in Business English required.
