Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Growth Analyst is responsible for evaluating and optimizing marketing programs across multiple channels, with a focus on social media and Google Ads.

This includes:

  • Planning: determining the optimal budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the customer journey
  • Coordinating: collaborating with specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan
  • Research and analysis: gathering insights about prospective clients, their industry, competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc.
  • Forecasting and projections: working with specialists to validate forecasts and ensure that projections match up with client objectives and efficiency requirements

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing large sets of campaigns and/or clients
  • Developing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing program management
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
  • Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
  • Familiarity with earned media channels and audience insight tools
