Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to lead creative projects for a premier eCommerce growth marketing firm that partners with top consumer brands.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and execute strategies that elevate clients' online presence. You will work closely with a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including design, development, and digital marketing.

  • Client Liaison: Schedule and lead calls with clients to understand and document project requirements.
  • Project Organizer: Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date.
  • Task Translator: Create and manage Asana tickets based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team.
  • Workflow Collaborator: Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion.
  • Deadline Driver: Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Creative Project Specialist: Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity.
  • Organized Communicator: Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks.
  • Proficient in Tools: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms.
  • Client-Centric Professional: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships.
  • Multi-Project Manager: Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of detail and consistency.
