You are a highly-skilled and detail-oriented professional who excels in handling administrative responsibilities. We are seeking an exceptional Property Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering email correspondence, handling calls from vendors and tenants, scheduling appointments
  • Acting as a point of contact and filter between tenants, supers, and vendors
  • Opening and closing work orders and following up to ensure their completion
  • Improving current processes by creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
  • Data entry into Google Spreadsheets and software from leases
  • Assisting with screening tenants and drafting leases from templates for approval
  • Managing multiple projects and tasks across programs and functions
  • Updating a weekly to-do list and following up to ensure tasks are complete
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role
  • Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple projects and tasks
  • Familiarity with web-based project management tools
  • Experience with Yardi, RentCafe, On-Site, and Canopy is desired but not required
  • Proficiency with word-processing software, spreadsheets, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
