Job TitlePortfolio Administration Operational Delivery Lead – Finance ManagementJob Description SummaryThe PA Operational Delivery Lead (Finance Management) is responsible for overseeing and executing client finance functions within the PSC, including rent payment processing, variance analysis, expense reconciliation, and reporting. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in delivering Finance Management KPIs. Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Managing all Finance Management (FM) functions under Portfolio Administration within the PSC.Delivering excellent service and achieving client KPIs in a client-driven environment for both internal and external clients by managing all FM-related Portfolio Administration functions within PSC.Managing and maximizing service excellence and team productivity; representing the PSC in client bid/pitch activities where appropriate; ensuring integration of new client contracts within the PSC.Managing, developing, and engaging the PA PSC team in line with client needs and C&W policies/requirements.

Being an active and collaborative member of the PSC leadership team, participating in/supporting PSC projects and initiatives. About You:Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 10 years of work experience in real estate/lease administration

At least 5 years of experience supervising a team, providing guidance and training to ensure productivity and accuracy

Proficient in lease administration and EFT/ERP/financial software

High proficiency in lease management systems and database tools
