Job Description
- Portfolio Framework: Develop and maintain a portfolio management framework aligned with strategic objectives.
- Portfolio Planning: Lead annual planning cycles, prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment, impact, and ROI.
- Portfolio Updates: Prepare regular updates and seek approvals for changes.
- Resource Management: Monitor resource allocation and manage the portfolio's financial footprint.
- Performance Reporting: Track KPIs and report on portfolio performance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate major delivery risks across the portfolio.
- Methodology Compliance: Ensure adherence to portfolio management standards and processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with leadership and project managers.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in portfolio management practices.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Enterprise Portfolio Manager Should Have
- Graduate of Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Math, or Statistics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio management, ideally within the financial industry
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
- Technical acumen to engage with IT and engineering teams
- Experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and IT systems portfolio oversight
- Proven ability to manage project risks and escalate appropriately
