Job Description

As an Ask Bennie Advocate, you will handle member inquiries related to claims, coverage, and plan details. Using process flow documents, internal systems, and a ticketing platform, you'll deliver timely resolutions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Shift: Night shift (9PM - 6AM PHT), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Demonstrated customer service soft skills
  • Ability to understand and empathize with customers' concerns
  • Effective team player
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and master client products and services to ensure effective customer support
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different personalities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailed processes
  • College degree holder preferred or at least 2nd-year college level
  • Willing to work in Makati twice a week

Technical Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including tone-matching and empathy
  • Proven customer support experience, preferably 3+ years in healthcare and claims support
  • Must have proven experience in healthcare

Your Daily Tasks

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional-grade customer support
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Resolve member claims, appeals, provider, benefit, cost, and other inquiries via phone, service platform, and/or email
  • Document resolution details, member communications, and time to resolution via the ticketing system
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal consultants and the service team
  • Conduct outreach to carriers and providers to obtain information as needed
  • Navigate internal systems to obtain member, plan, group specifics, and implementation status
  • Advise members regarding plan selection based on individual and financial needs
  • Schedule provider appointments on behalf of members
