Job Title: Healthcare Account Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Account Specialist. As a key member of our account management department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare clients.
- Utilize expertise in healthcare accounts to navigate AthenaOne EMR system effectively.
- Handle customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates in the company database.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of AthenaOne EMR software.
- Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
