Job Title

A highly skilled and motivated Junior Team Lead is required to manage a small team of agents in the US Healthcare Account. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year experience in BPO handling US Healthcare Insurance and be proficient in using MS Excel.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to think outside the box and generate insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small team of agents in the US Healthcare Account.
  • Process and manage tasks related to pending prior authorizations with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as a point of contact for team queries and task escalations.
  • Provide day-to-day support, coaching, and direction to a small team of agents.
  • Ensure team members follow standard operating procedures and meet performance targets.
  • Assist in monitoring productivity, quality, and workflow management.
  • Collaborate with the client and internal leadership on special assignments or process improvements.
  • Generate or assist with regular reports related to team performance and operational status.
  • Support onboarding and training of new agents as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1-year BPO experience handling US Healthcare Insurance.
  • Familiarity in processing authorization.
  • Junior TL experience is an advantage.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to think outside the box, have an analytical mind, generate insights and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Amenable working night shifts.
