
Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a Phone Receptionist/Front Desk Support to be the first point of contact for our clients, providing front desk support with a warm, professional presence via telephone.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming front desk phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Identify caller needs and route them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Provide general information about the company when applicable.
- Maintain accurate call logs and messages.
- Follow call-handling protocols and update internal directories as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand current priorities and workflows.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role (at least three years).
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner.
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate internal structures and team functions.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with VoIP systems and basic CRM tools.
