Virtual Assistant - Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant with expertise in social media management to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with the team to drive business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, has excellent writing skills, and can think creatively. If you have experience working in the construction and real estate industries, that's a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and growth on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Content Creation: Write high-quality, industry-specific content that captures attention and keeps audiences engaged.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align messaging with business goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Set up, maintain, and continually improve Airtable systems to manage content and workflows efficiently.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and content ideas that resonate with our audience.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Must have experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for real estate/construction audiences.
  • Excellent Writing Skills: Ability to craft clear, compelling, and original content.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction and/or multifamily housing industry is preferred.
  • Social Media Best Practices: Knowledge of social media algorithms, community engagement, and best practices.
  • Airtable Experience: Experience using and customizing Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management.
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Availability: Ability to start immediately and comfortable working with a time tracker.
