Job Overview

The Client Services Manager position entails overseeing and guiding a team of virtual assistants to ensure alignment between the virtual assistant's performance and the clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing daily operations, planning, and problem-solving for a team of medical client-VA pairs to meet predetermined targets set by clients
  • Collaborating with clients in creating task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and client-VA pairs
  • Partnering with clients to help grow their businesses utilizing all services offered by our organization
  • Medical client-VA management
  • Managing clients and their needs with our organization's services (mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc.)
Requirements:
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare/medical management/remote management (familiarity with operational processes)
  • High proficiency in the English language (both written and oral)
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment
  • Self-starter and highly motivated; focused, organized, and has a growth mindset
  • At least one year of experience in training and development (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to think outside the box: can understand requirements and create solutions if necessary
  • Efficient use of MS Office applications and Google Suite

    • Computer Operating System: At least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura

    • Camera: Capable of a clear and crisp video output

    • Memory: 8.00 GB
    • OS: Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
    • Headset: USB-type with noise-cancelling feature (optional)
  • Option 2 (Power Supply - UPS)
    • Must power your workstation for at least 3 hours
    • Typically a device with 240Wh or higher
    • Must be capable of accepting all plugs required to maintain the primary device and work environment (device, monitor, modem, cell phone if using as internet backup)
